Working on Microsoft products (still) means having an impact on many people worldwide. People are using Windows, Office, the Xbox, Skype, etc.
Increasingly bureaucratic, and also because of the review system (but also because of sheer size), quite political. Because of politics, too many turf wars and restructurings.
- Get rid of the review system.
- Stop reorging all the time.
