Junior Developer
Online, in two phases involving programming problems that can be solved in any programming language. The first was very simple, the second very difficult. The platform was very well made.
SWE Intern
Initial 30-minute interview with a software manager. This interview included one or two technical questions and one or two questions about general interest. Follow-up virtual onsite consisted of two 30-minute interviews with software engineers.
Mechanical Engineering Intern
Quite straightforward. The interviewer was nice, but the application was lost in the pipeline because the recruiter (outsourced) left or was fired from the job. One phone interview followed by 4-5 onsite (or remote due to COVID) interviews.
