My experience as a trainee at Microsoft
Very friendly people, happy atmosphere, supportive management, and interesting and challenging work.
Great benefits, such as gym, sauna, healthcare, sport, and food benefits, with free snacks and drinks at the office.
It felt like at times people were very scared to get fired, even people in management. Many people complained that they were overworked. Nonetheless, I give five stars because I personally had a great experience.
Please make sure people feel secure about their job.
