Learned A Lot, But Politics
Microsoft was a good company to work at, with reasonable career growth and opportunities. I definitely learned a lot there and worked with a lot of smart people.
Not as good as elsewhere in the tech industry, both in terms of compensation and culture.
There is no culture, just politics, and progress is much slower as a result. People are less happy.
Put a culture in place.
