Pros

Lots of good people. Really good benefits. Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Constantly changing. You could have several different managers in a short time frame.

High pressure and stress. The work you do can be different than your job description.

Long hours. Expect 60+ as baseline. Fire drills.

Review and rewards system.

Advice to Management

Invest in ongoing manager training.

Don't let someone become a manager just because it's the next step. That's detrimental to the team.

Innovate instead of following the crowd. Find your path and stick to it.
