Lots of smart people, great benefits. The culture is also changing to be more open to other platforms and open source, which is great.
Things can still be very political. We also move slowly as a company. We don't have great tools to leverage code/knowledge from across the company.
I think peer feedback should be a bigger component of the review process, and it needs to be more streamlined.
