Huge choice for work, almost top-class benefits, better-than-average colleagues, great campus, MSR, many high-impact products.
Not much new investment is going on, and hardly any new products are coming up, unlike in the 1990s. Most product areas don't seem to have strong visionaries compared to the leadership at other companies.
Get good board members instead of fund managers.
Aggressively invest in new products.
