Culture is really going in a new direction. I'm happy with Satya's leadership, and the company has a lot of great projects, such as HoloLens, Xbox, etc.
Sometimes it can be slow to react to changes in the industry and has a tendency to be beat to market by other companies.
Capitalize on opportunities! There are a lot of awesome people there and a lot of great ideas. Be bold, change the world!
