Many projects/products under many teams, so you can get a chance to work on a wide spectrum of projects. Comparatively better work-life balance and open culture than a few other big companies.
Big company – so more processes and more hierarchies. Big, fat middle management. Many "low skilled but talk well" personalities.
Reduce some more layers of middle management. Ask them to be an IC or to leave.
