Used To Be Great, Now Overloaded
Some time ago, this was a perfect environment to grow and learn. Not so much the last several years. Ok benefits. They got trimmed over the years.
Maybe this is area-specific, but I have a feeling it is progressing in this direction in other areas.
I'm overloaded with work and on-call constantly.
There are not enough people and no hiring.
There are only layoffs as motivation for work.
