Strong culture, huge investment in diversity and inclusion, great work-life balance (manager and organization dependent), mission of the company and how it makes money aligns a little bit better with my social values, flexible work.
Not a lot of room for growth in the top levels. Compensation is quite a bit lower than the competition. HR seems to have outsourced much of the actual work typically done by HR, so response times to questions and requests for action can be quite slow. Flexible work is great, but the company is still treating remote work like it's a perk instead of like a new normal, so there aren't many perks in that regard.
