Great benefits.
Good stock plan.
Development groups are disconnected.
There is poor high-level management in terms of optimizing resources and sharing projects without redoing work.
High-level management is unreachable.
Know better what the development groups are working on, not just the generic charter.
Be able to reuse technologies developed in one group in other places in the company.
Be better at reallocating resources and knowledge.
Encourage the groups to know about each other.
Create searchable resources to share what people are working on.
Be reachable!!!
