Pros

People-oriented culture Manageable work-life balance You can always find something interesting to do. Good engineers.

Cons

Customer obsession is often a hit or miss.

Fail fast is foreign to many teams, and hence a lot of money and time will be wasted.

Program management teams are the culprits, as they often don’t do a good job in discovering requirements.

Advice to Management

Build purpose-driven software, and don't just cook something up and throw it over the wall.
