Pros

Smart coworkers and perks to work for the company.

Merit-based until you get to levels 65 and 66, then politics and in-fighting shunt your growth.

Cons

Culture used to be the key, but too many from Meta and Amazon are creating chaotic work-life balances. Additionally, growth at 66 and 67 is not just through smart and hard work, but also through sycophantic "pat on the back" relationships, based on how some groups view you instead of your real impact to customers.

Advice to Management

Find someone who has vision on security to create security products. Additionally, focus on security practices in the design phase, not when there is a breach.

Worst security products among any company.

Additionally, after letting go of talented employees in RIFs, opening new jobs instead of retaining them will derail your morale in the long run.
