Pros

Health care benefits are the best I've ever seen (save perhaps Google). Good salary, but not worth the pressure. Some opportunities for growth, but highly variable.

Cons

Extreme job pressure to perform better/more until you burn out. If you don't perform better every year, you're gone!

Advice to Management

Rampant incompetence at 1st and 2nd level management needs to be addressed to avoid unacceptable high burnout of employees. This is not a sustainable or ethical business model.
