Cheap politics. Managers are like dictators; they don't listen. All the people who joined two years back were impacted without reasons, even though people's performance was good. However, they gave insurance for that calendar year and some severance. I really felt very bad as my team also got impacted without my notice, though I was the manager and could not do anything.
Be fair to people – don't be like dictators.
