Good company culture
Generally, the management is really good. The energy is really good in the office. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
Pay could be higher, considering the area I'm in and the amount of inflation in the past few years. I can't renew the contract, and I can't work another contract job at Microsoft for 6 months.
