A lot of work, working outside office hours, with really old systems (2008 technology).
Not a focus on quality, only a focus on producing software.
PMs working on multiple features at the same time; most of those features are never used.
Focusing only on creating software that is barely usable, rather than quality, will definitely be really expensive in the long term for Microsoft.
