  • The review system is completely flawed. It rewards people that self-promote and happen to be working on high-priority projects.
  • Challenges obtaining work/life balance.

Advice to Management

Don't take credit for others' work. You should take every opportunity to make your people shine, and in the end, it will make you shine. Go into people management because you are passionate about your people.
