Good culture, respect, food, and gyms.
Very low pay. People compromise in terms of low pay, thinking of job security. However, the layoff is significant. Initial salary might be good in case of a job switch, but they will not increment easily. Your salary will stagnate even after promotion.
Very low innovation. Got advice to integrate Microsoft products instead of open source, which was way better and faster. The whole software ecosystem is very slow.
Remove middle management layers more than developers.
