The only con is that Microsoft has not any offices other than Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Noida.
Make a development centre in Kolkata.

Technical Interview 1, followed by Technical Interview 2, then the managerial round occurred. TR1 and TR2 happened on the same day in the afternoon. The next day, I received a call from HR, and the managerial round was scheduled.
