Microsoft is very concerned about its employees and staff. The salary structure is too good. According to Indian rupees, an SDE 2 at Microsoft gets paid more than 1 crore. You gain much working experience and, more or less, get one business tour every year.
Sometimes it is difficult to maintain a proper work-life balance.
