Great company ethos, lots of opportunities
- Good package with lots of perks.
- Generous leave after 5 years.
- Super flexible attitude to WLB, lots of WFH opportunity.
- Tons of opportunities to move internally (although not in the current climate).
- A genuine sense of a company trying to do right by its employees.
- Still too much internal competition and territorial in-fighting between teams, which makes it hard to do your job properly sometimes.
- In recent years, there has been no travel budget, no entertainment budget, and no events; a very penny-pinching attitude to non-core things.
- Stick with the company vision. You have very loyal employees who are proud to work for a really progressive company.
- Ease up on the purse strings for travel/events, etc. People are sick to death of remote-everything.
