Internal process changes often, and the managers are overloaded. The career plan is obscure. There is no flexibility for self-improvement, and the company defines unreachable targets.
Go to the field and understand the customers' needs. It is easy to push impossible pipelines and sales based on computer AI and random analyses. The customers need help to walk by themselves on a cloud journey. This might look like an easy task, but it is not.
