Good culture, frustrating reshuffling

Pros

The culture here is very good; there's a strong emphasis on inclusion and allyship.

The projects and customers you get to work with are cutting-edge and genuinely changing the world for the better.

Giving back and working on projects you are interested in, in STEM, DEI, etc., is highly encouraged.

Cons

Every new financial year, a big reshuffle happens, which means you can end up with a whole new team, manager, and job focus. This seems to be decided in the states, and the UK leadership can't stop it.

It means career planning or working on any project that rolls over a year is pretty much impossible. Before you know it, you are put into a new team with a new manager without warning, and it's like starting a whole new job each year, even when you might have really liked what you were doing and who you worked with before.

Advice to Management

Stop the reshuffling just for change's sake.
