Applied through a recruiter and had a phone call interview. The phone interview was behavioral with a lot of technical term definitions. After 2-3 weeks, I was invited to the Hiring Event on the Redmond campus. The recruiters sent recommendations on

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. There were 5 interviews, and 4 of the interviewers were late. It was never acknowledged. The technical portions seemed to have specific solutions in mind rather than a discussion about approaches.

A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn regarding a potential interview, and I accepted. About three weeks later, I received a phone interview availability request form. I completed the phone interview a week after that.
