Cons

Beware of the incredibly toxic employee performance system.

Work-life balance is seriously out of whack, with many after-hour and weekend work required to tread water.

Slowly moving away from individual offices to more open concept.

Advice to Management

The new CEO should come from the outside and focus on improving the employee performance review and getting rid of Lisa Brummel.
