Great benefits and opportunities to learn and network with Redmond.

Cons

My group was treated as a stepchild. We did not get the full Microsoft employee treatment. Eventually, my entire group was eliminated. Still had the Nokia culture in place.

Advice to Management

More information needs to be disseminated to worker bees in regards to acquisition strategies.
