No innovation, but just try to chase what Apple or Google is working on.
Change the development plan or project too often. For example, cancel the project after hiring experienced engineers from all over the area. They then have to be placed in irrelevant areas.
I saw many smart new grads come to MS due to high pay. Money is not everything for an engineer. If you want to be a Program Manager, then MS is the best option for you.
