Cons

Large company culture is too ingrained into most of the workforce. This comes in the way of nimbleness, leading to lower productivity when compared to other companies in the same space. I wish the changes that are being pushed now were undertaken 10 years ago. I fear it's too late to recover now.

Advice to Management

Cut the "process" red tape. Far too many managers have made their careers building elaborate processes, and this is now proving to be the downfall for the company!

Encourage a more collaborative environment, where individuals are measured based on how they impact the overall.
