The Microsoft interview process included a coding pretest, three technical interviews, and a managerial interview. While generally manageable, live coding segments occasionally led to confusion or minor setbacks during the assessments.
After the interviewer said I did a good interview, I ended up getting ghosted out of nowhere. The interview itself was pretty relaxed. You need some luck to get a job there, I believe.
