Pros

Plenty of opportunities and plenty of different internal companies. Every business unit is different and deals with situations differently.

Cons

It is a place of stagnation and career mediocrity. If you want to come here, bust your hump for a couple of years, try to make a difference, and get promoted, you are looking at the wrong place. The old guard will continue to build their own careers whilst stepping on anyone to get there. A misunderstanding of the changing world and an inability to develop new skills is what keeps this company in its current state of a bland and gray existence.

Advice to Management

The senior leaders of this company do not understand the current world and landscape. This is why the company continues to do what it does best.

We don't pay well anymore, and we are no longer viewed as the 'place to work.' So many other companies are offering better salaries, even the government (which now has better benefits).
