Great place to work, but be prepared for the hours
Great people, great technology, and a wealth of interesting problems to work on.
Although work-life balance is something the company is working on, it's not quite as good as it could be. The mileage on this varies from group to group, but ours tends to require more time than most.
Focus on work-life balance and getting the right people in the right positions. Stop worrying about Google and focus on a couple of initiatives and really hit those. It seems like we're really spreading ourselves too thin at times.
