Pros

Wide range of products and technologies to work on. Seen and used by millions of customers. Lots of career advancement opportunities. Lots of smart people to work with; very few idiots you run into.

Cons

Benefits are getting cut. Salaries aren't moving. Morale budgets are cut. It's not as fun of a place to work as it used to be.

Advice to Management

Make employees the number one resource. Pay them more, give them more perks. Make them want to work harder and longer.
