Steve Ballmer needs to retire, and Sinofsky needs to take the helm. We've missed every major business opportunity in the last decade and still rely on Windows and Office for almost all of our revenue.

If you are applying through a job portal or as an external candidate, Microsoft may send an online coding assessment. Problems focus on data structures, algorithms, and system design. Typically 2-3 coding problems (LeetCode Medium to Hard level).
