Senior Software Developer
The Microsoft interview process included a coding pretest, three technical interviews, and a managerial interview. While generally manageable, live coding segments occasionally led to confusion or minor setbacks during the assessments.

The people were very nice. They offered water or tea at the beginning. Later on, I even got a refill on that (water). All in all, very nice.
