Benefits at Microsoft are very good, such as bonus, health insurance plan, and retirement plan. We are currently in a team room, which I think is a great way of collaborating with your colleagues.
Promotions can slow down as you move up the ladder. Working at Redmond may not be for everyone, as it sees a lot of rain each year and a very short summer.
