Good work-life balance. Less politics (at least in my BU, which is in Bangalore).
Old-timers are not valued during pay calculation. New entrants are paid heavily at the cost of those who are already in the company. There are instances where a few managers are getting lesser packages than those under them.
Better negotiate for good pay while entering the company.

Senior Software Engineer
Three Data Science and Algorithm rounds were there. In each round, two questions of medium complexity were asked. After discussing the solution, I was asked to write the program. It was fine to use dummy code.
