Applied via the Microsoft Careers website. Received a recruiter email after two weeks. 1. Recruiter Call – General background and expectations. 2. Technical Phone Interview – Coding challenges + behavioral. 3. Onsite/Virtual Onsite (3 Rounds):

The interview process consisted of three stages: * Phone interview * Design interview * Algorithms interview I haven't heard back from them after the final interview. I tried to reach out, but received no response after three months.

Initially, I had a recruiter call. She was really good to me. I was asked to complete a take-home online coding assessment using Codility and got through that stage. Then, I was scheduled for four one-hour interviews back-to-back on a single day. T
