Good compensation package: salary plus other additions that I didn’t include, which sum up to a lot of money. Also, 100% remote if you want.
The day-to-day work is all over the place. They don’t believe in project management, and it feels like working in a startup that is going out of budget. Engineers are getting only a big title as a task, but they are also being told what the expected time is to get it done, even though it's sometimes impossible (and how can the managers even evaluate the time it takes when no planning was done before?).
