Amazing WLB, but a bit chaotic at times
- Amazing team - highly skilled professionals.
- Amazing WLB, though the more responsibility and visibility you have, the more late meetings you have because of time zone differences (I expected that).
- Working with very cool tech.
- A lot of diversity (both in terms of tech and cultural).
- Direction can change all of a sudden.
- Business decisions and processes can seem chaotic at times.
Communication still needs to be improved.
