Work-life balance. You can coast as long as you play along and pretend the group thinking is going to move the product in the right direction. Don't try to change things, though. Got my last promotion by working less than 5 hours per day on average.
Code and product quality subpar.
Internal tools are awful.
Cheap on raises and bonuses.
