It's huge, and the culture forces company-wide collaboration. Good if you like networking, bad if you don't. Lots of processes, checklists, and compliance work. Can feel like it's a struggle to get stuff done. Family blames you when their computer doesn't work ;-).
Allow teams to have more autonomy.
