Among the best companies to work for in Kenya
- Salary and benefits are decent but not great.
- Lunch and breakfast served at the office.
- Nice office with a lot of facilities.
- Company culture is great, and managers are doing what they can to preserve it.
Salaries are paid in KES, which is really bad if you look at how KES is devaluing.
Work can be a little bit boring, especially that shipping a simple single feature to production takes forever.
A lot of processes and bureaucracy may not be suitable for everyone, especially people who come from startups where things move quickly.
