Unfair reward system
It was good to work here for many years. The work was interesting in general, and there are opportunities to move around to other teams.
Lately, everything is getting worse -- benefits (eye care, dental are poor now).
If you get a bad manager, then you are screwed with a lower score that prevents you from getting other jobs within the company.
Requirements for each level are changed when they go to evaluate you.
Politics is pretty extreme. If you aren't with the right group, then you are in trouble.
Interviews within the company are just as hard as external interviews and don't take into account your experience.
Stop cutting rewards/benefits and make it a good place to work again. Many better opportunities exist outside of Microsoft.
