Thoughts after 10 years
Good team culture. There are some open and helpful teammates.
Low pay amount at top tech company. Nonstop work. No compensation for on-call duty. Supposedly flexible work schedule, but overwhelming work makes hard-working people not use all vacation. Less motivated teammates collect about similar pay and benefits as hard-working ones. No clear definition of promotions.
