Great professional atmosphere with amazing colleagues.
Doing the very right thing from the mission perspective.
Challenges are interesting and the work pace is reasonable, both letting one have an exciting career and a good work-life balance.
Compared to what a developer of that level could make on a remote market while working from Norway, or upon a brief relocation away from Norway, the salary is dim. We compete with the international market, not just within Norway. There is no other company in Norway that does what we do.
Review salaries in Norway and increase them to account for the cost of living in Norway and the global competition that is really at MS level, not for the non-existent local competition.
