Great company with good values, but the Prague branch (Dynamics Marketing) is not really following them.

Fridge full of free food.
Bad management - No people management, just project management.
People are overloaded; some people are burned out or close to it.
Too much stress - Bad planning, no ability to react in an agile way.
People need to work overtime to manage to deliver management plans.
Many reorgs. Too much politics.
I am not feeling like I am part of great Microsoft here.
No time/space for self-education - always buried in work.
Focus more on people; people make a difference.
