Salary is pretty competitive, receiving shares as a bonus, plus the possibility to invest up to 15% into buying more (with a 10% discount).
Most of the managers I've met so far (~5) were really nice guys, taking good care of their teams.
You might burn out if you don't handle your work/life balance properly. Not much help with filling out the tax return, which is necessary to do because shares are not part of your salary.
