Huge company. Delivering a solution goes very slow, and a lot of approvals are needed. Always under stress because you may get really discouraging feedback in 1-on-1s with your manager. Pure documentation, layoffs.
They are very straightforward. They can easily say that you are null, and that really doesn't motivate at all.
